At Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System, we offer flexible, el­ective treatment for adults struggling with their mental health. The IOP program provides structured treatment while allowing patients to continue in their daily lives at home or work.

Our Adult IOP treatment program is on Monday through Thursday from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This program serves adults who do not require inpatient treatment, but could benefit from therapeutic intervention in a group therapy setting.

An intensive outpatient program provides many of the same therapies and treatments as an inpatient stay while only being for a few hours per day for a few days for week. This allows individuals to maintain familial, societal and community responsibilities while getting the mental health treatment they need.
