The Lotus Program

The Lotus Program is a trauma-informed, evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program for adolescent girls ages 9 to 17. Designed for those who have experienced multiple psychiatric hospitalizations, the program provides stabilization and intensive therapeutic care in a structured residential setting.

Participants may be struggling with:

  • Depression and anxiety
  • Suicidal or homicidal ideation
  • Self-harm thoughts or urges
  • Impulsive or high-risk behaviors
  • Trauma
  • Psychosis
  • Other complex mental health concerns

Our approach
