When I first came in the program I didn't think I would make it this far

When I first came in the program I didn't think I would make it this far but I have learned a lot and I'm so glad that you have put up with me through the good and the bad. I know I have had my days but I really like the group and I know that I am ready to open my wings and fly. I owe that all to this program and to the hospital. If it wasn't for you, I would be in jail or dead. You really have helped me a lot more that anyone else would or could. Thank you!

I want you all to know you have touched my life in all kinds of ways. Kindness is what I’ve learned here. Not only kindness to others, but I’ve learned that being kind to myself is just as important.
