Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health Sysem recognizes the challenges experienced by older adults and their families.  Sometimes depression, social isolation, or confusion may cloud an otherwise productive life.  Also, as we age, mounting stress from multiple changes can take a toll on our emotions.  Nevertheless, extended periods of sadness and anxiety are not normal signs of aging.  However, such symptoms can be treated successfully.

The Reflections Program specializes in treating older adults and assisting them in regaining a sense of health and well-being.  It is a highly structured inpatient psychiatric setting and includes a clinical team of psychiatrists, psychologists, registered nurses, masters level clinicians, activity therapists, mental health technicians, a dietician and chaplain.  In addition, a board certified family practice physician provides physical exams and follow-up care for any medical conditions.
