1. What items can or should I bring to the hospital with me?
Items that should be brought to the hospital:
  • Undergarments
  • Socks
  • Shirts
  • Pants/Shorts
  • Pajamas
  • Tennis Shoes (1 pair)
  • Long sleeve shirt/sweatshirt
  • Coat
  • Toiletries: hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, lotion

* Bring enough items for 1 week - laundry services available on each unit.  Shampoo & conditioner are provided. 
* Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System has a strict policy on restricted items to be brought into the hospital due to the safety of our patients. See our list of contraband items.
2. What is the length of stay?
The length of stay varies for each individual. The treatment team decides length of stay based on clinical information. All of our programs are short term except for the Willows program, which has a length of stay of 3 – 5 months.

4.What are the visitation hours?
   
         Reflections Program currently has open visitation.

Tuesday Magnolias Adolescent Program

Wednesday Adult Programs 6:45 pm – 7:45 pm
Thursday Willows Program  6:45 pm - 7:45 pm


Saturday Magnolias Adolescent Program 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm
Mission Wellness Military/Veteran Program 6:45 pm – 8:15 pm

5. How do I contact someone if they are in the hospital?
Every person that is admitted to our facility is given an ID#. This number must be used when attempting to call or visit someone at the hospital. Anyone trying to contact an adolescent must first be on an approved contact list from the guardian.
6. Do you accept adult Medicaid?
No, the state of Kentucky does not approve freestanding psychiatric hospitals to accept adult Medicaid. A medical hospital with a psychiatric unit will be able to accept adult Medicaid.

9. Do you have any support groups? Yes
         Alcoholics Anonymous:
         Each Monday and Wednesday – 8:00 p.m. (open to community members)
 
Narcotics Anonymous:
Thursday - 8:00 p.m. (open to community members)
 
All are open to the community and are located at 3909 South Wilson Road, Radcliff, KY.
